direct candidate solicitation, besides the typical recruitment methods such as
advertising and internal and external database searches.
Our company
operates at all levels of seniority, with a track
record in recruiting specialist staff, middle to senior level managers and top
executives across all industry sectors in Luxembourg and in different countries
in Europe as well.
To strengthen
our team, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Mission
Management of the whole recruitment process in
accordance with our tailor made
and ethical approach which includes:
§
Business development and client acquisition thanks to active
professional network and a defined commercial strategy,
§
Missions’ execution:
job definition, search of candidates through direct solicitation,
networking…; conducting of interviews, evaluations, selection and presentation
of short listed candidates.
§
Maintaining and developing close clients and candidates’
relationships. |
Your profile/requirements:
- As
a mature and hands-on person who understands employment market’s evolution
and requirement, you show a real interest in the Human Resources field and
the ability to analyze human behaviors.
- You
present relevant communication and negotiation skills thanks to a successful
experience in a HR consultant role or in a sales position.
- As
an open-minded, pro-active and enthusiastic person, you have a real
willingness to develop your professional capabilities in a challenging and
growing environment.
For this open position, an excellent presentation
added to a fluency in English is highly required; any other languages are an asset.
