Schneider Consulting is an independent
headhunting company aimed at offering added-value recruitment service; by using
first and foremost direct candidate solicitation, besides the typical
recruitment methods such as advertising and internal and external database
searches.
Our company operates at all levels of
seniority, with a track record in recruiting specialist staff, middle to senior
level managers and top executives across all industry sectors in Luxembourg and
in different countries in Europe as well.
We are looking for a Recruitment/RH
Trainee for a period of 6 to 12 months.
Mission
Working closely with the
recruitment consultant, you will be involved of the whole recruitment process
which means:
- Searching of candidates through external,
internal databases, webtracking, professional networking and direct
solicitation;
- Conducting of the first telephone contacts/interviews;
- Participating in personal interviews.

Your profile/requirements:
- Strong
ability to make contacts over the phone;
- Open-minded
spirit, pro active attitude and relevant understanding of the employment
market;
- Academic
background in HR, economics fields or relevant;
- Very
depth knowledge in English and/or German.
