| Ref 166 - Business Development Manager – Luxembourg market |
Our client is a fast growing company
established for more than five years in Luxembourg. Due to the expansion of
different business lines we are currently looking for a Business Development Manager
(IT / Telecom sector).
Mission
- Your main responsibility will be
to work in partnership with the management and operational team of the
company.
- Based on your capability to have
the global picture on the IT services market you are able to develop innovative
marketing and business development strategies.
- You will work with the product
development team and collaborate with the sales and marketing department
as well to set up proficient client minded solutions for the Luxembourgish
market.
- As the company is in a growing
phase and wants to consolidate the mid term strategy, your role will consist
in developing attractive business minded solutions in being able to move
from one project to another one in very short period of time (many
projects are in the pipeline for the next 12 to 18 months).
- You will be implicated in the
definition of the strategic plans of the company and you should be asked
to bring added value ideas through a top-down and bottom-up approach.

Your profile/requirements:
- You benefit from reliable experiences
in IT Services preferably from Luxembourg.
- An entrepreneurial background
will be considered with high level of interest.
- You preferably have a marketing
and sales background with a very good understanding of market needs and
trends.
- You are not afraid of being in a
very hands-on position where you will be exposed to the business.
- You are very well organised, adaptable,
communicative, pragmatic and able to lead people.
- This position could allow you to
access to people management responsibilities in a mid term basis.
- You are fluent in French and
English, any other language will be considered an asset.
The salary package
will be attractive and based on fixed plus a variable part and a company car.
