Our client is one of the most important and prestigious Luxembourgish law firm specialized in Finance, Private Equity, Corporate, Labor and Tax law.
We are currently looking for a Billing Officer with an excellent knowledge in Excel to support en existing team of three persons.
Mission
As a member of the Billing team, you will be involved into the preparation and the follow-up of the invoices, as following:
- Preparing fee accounts and invoices

Preparing and following up reminders
-
Managing billing and administrative tasks in accordance with users
-
Ensuring an efficient communication and assistance in French and English |
Your profile/requirements:
- Educational background focused on administrative management and/or accountancy (associate’s degree)
- 6 months to 2 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally as an Accounting Secretary or Billing Assistant in a Luxembourgish law firm, or in a Multilanguage environment.
- Your main qualities are: efficient organization, flexibility and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- A good command of French and English (both spoken and written). German and Luxembourgish would be considered an asset for the open position.
