Ref 46 - Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator (EN /GER/F)

Our client is an important supplier from the automotive industry, specialized in the field of ventilation/valve technology. The customer-base is leading car manufacturers and intermediaries in the European and US markets. The group started a European production and distribution unit in Luxembourg in 2002 and then expanded its activities by creating a Customer Service.

We are currently looking for a Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator.

In this new position, the Customer Service Coordinator will work closely with the Managing Director and the Customer Service Manager.

Mission

The candidate will be the first client contact and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing daily client contacts via emails, telephone or WEB EDI
  • Managing client requests concerning logistic and delivery organization
  • Assuring excellent level of quality and very clear internal communication with the related services.

Your profile/requirements:


  • Fluency in both English and German (oral and written), knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with a MRP system.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to take initiatives, to work autonomously and very good sense of organization
  • Results oriented and hands-on attitude
  • Academic background min bac + 4 / Bachelor degree
  • Sound professional experience in a similar position preferably acquired within the automotive sector or within a very demanding environment.
  • Pro active and determined attitude with an ability to match both clients and internal requests.
