| Ref 164 - Business Manager (potentially Team Leader) |
Our client is a fast growing company established for more than five years in Luxembourg. Due to their expansion in different business lines we are currently looking for a Business Manager who will be responsible to increase the local market shares.
Mission
-
Your main responsibility will be to promote innovative lines of services which are currently developed by the company.

You will report on a regular basis to the Sales Director in working very autonomously to build up and manage your portfolio of targeted key accounts (Governmental, Institutional, SMB, Health Care, Financial sector...).

You will benefit from a local administrative and marketing support.
-
You will be active “in the heart of the local market” being aware of potential new projects, being “quick on the ball” due to the high level of competition in this market.

You are able to sell services and concepts more than technical products.

You will benefit from a sales support if required. |
Your profile/requirements:
-
You have a proven track record from the B to B market in a commercial position.

You have relevant sales experiences and strong capabilities to drive business development processes.
-
You have a significant background in Luxembourg with at least 5 years of experience, being successful in a competitive sector.

You are autonomous, enthusiast and rigorous in your approach.

You are ready and highly motivated to face up new challenges.

You have the potential and the motivation to become a Team Leader on a mid term basis.
The salary package will be attractive and based on fixed plus a variable part and a company car.
