Ref - 155 - Trilingual Administrative Assistant (FR,UK,GER)

Our client is one of the most important and prestigious Luxembourgish law firm specialized in Finance, Private Equity, Corporate, Labor and Tax law.

The office is organized in several pools of legal specialization and administrative assistants provide support to the entire legal team (lawyers and partners).

They are currently looking for a Trilingual Administrative assistant.

Mission

As a member of the assistants’ team, you will be involved into the entire legal secretarial tasks, as following:

  • Establishing and maintaining a highly efficient administration process
  • Operating phone, fax and email systems
  • Typing documents, reports (Dictaphone)and preparing presentations
  • Organizing agenda and pro-actively facilitating an accurate overview on on-going activities
  • Filing and archiving all legal documents

Your profile/requirements:


§ Educational background focused on Languages (License to Master level).

§ 6 months to 2 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally as a legal administrative secretary in a Luxembourgish law firm, or in a Multilanguage environment such as international client correspondence and/or international client relationship assistance.

§ Your main qualities are: efficient organization, flexibility and discretion.

§ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook as well.

A perfect fluency, both spoken and written in French, English, and German is required for the open position. Luxembourgish would be considered as an advantage
