We utilize first and foremost direct candidate solicitation as well as the latest Internet technology. We have access to international associations and clubs, university alumni groups. Furthermore we benefit from strategic alliances located in Europe and North America . Therefore, we are in an ideal position to deliver to you both our own resources, and those of our partners.

Smaller companies which need to outsource part of their human resources consult us for analyzing direct application CVs. Furthermore we can participate in salary negotiations and help to assist on contract details.
